PBEM vs Face to Face
We all know the general outlines of choosing between PBEM and a group meeting to conduct a Kriegsspiel game but I should like to people to comment on their preference between the two methods.

Re: PBEM vs Face to Face
For me I guess the PBEM is the obvious choice, that is mostly because of the distance factor.
I do not have a lot of Kriegsspiel players around.
Other than that I would find both acceptable.

Re: PBEM vs Face to Face
I've only played via PBEM (as umpire) mainly since as the father of three little ones I rarely get a pass out for an entire day or whole weekend, and there are always many activities competing for it's use!
I'll set out some of my thoughts regarding PBEM in a separate thread - and leave this one for counting votes...
