I think we should have diversity, mostly handy divisions, some big divisions, and sometimes a couple of monster divisions, for the Russians off course.
I believe that would improve the "fog of war" side of the battles.

I'll try having a large division with the rest being smaller. I also agree with Martin, that a cavalry division would be nice to have, but I wonder if people would be comfortable commanding 2 large or 3 smaller cavalry brigades. Even 1 brigade of 6 squadrons can be a chore. It would also be necessary to make sure both sides would have human players to take on that role.
I can make this march and I will make Georgia howl.

2 cav brigades of 5 sqns each plus a battery would make a handy cav div.
