CyberBoard?
I read on the TFL K-S pages that some chaps had used CyberBoard for an Napoleonic campaign via the internet. Took them quite some time but evidently it has some utility. I've downloaded both CB v3.10 and the zipped file from that campaign. The url for it at TFL is: http://www.kriegsspiel.org.uk/index.php?option=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=32&Itemid=59.
