Blocks used and made
After ordering the rules back in 93 and being poor I tried all kinds of things to use for unit blocks. First atempt was cutting plastic sheet to the right sizes. Only problem is I can't cut strieght. When I tried painting with spray paint they flew all over. Had to use Elmers glue to hold them down to paint them. I made two corps. worked pretty well. I ran Kriegsspiel at GenCon a couple of times with them. After a couple of years I upgraded by making lead blocks. glued a couple of the counters together for higth then filled the mold with RTV silicoln rubber then used Price Augest lead to make the blocks. Very easy to paint, they didn't down away when I sprayed painted them. Finally I ordered Irreguar 2mm blocks. they were allmost the right size. I glued them on the plastic chips I made years earler. All in all I think they are the best looking ones. Some I had to put unit info on the bottem but oh well. Just wondering if anyone else has used 2mm blocks and what other things you have tried.
