Can someone please tell me how to get the mods to work step by step. Also where is my mods folder? Thanks

The mods folder will be within the Waterloo game folder, following the path you chose when installing it. I believe the default path is Matrix Games....

After you unzip the mod into the mods folder, you just need to start the game, activate the mod in the mods screen and then go out of the game.

Next time you start the game the mod will be working.

I think this thread will be helpful:
