As its out of copyright and publically accessible I don't think there should be any problem in making it available online elsewhere (unless anyone can advise me otherwise). If you could mail it to me at webmaster at kriegsspiel.org.uk I'll put a link to a download in this topic.

I just put it up as a link on a free file Sharing site. The Google Notice at the beginning section of the books say sharing is fine if not for commercial purposes so this is free of charge Very Happy
