Tuesday 24 April 2012 - 7:00pm for 7:30pm UK time
I shall be in TS for the regular casual session. Enough players for a human vs human game would be good.

No-one but Jack and I were in TS yesterday. Where was everyone? I thought Tuesdays were one of our regular fixed sessions.
I think the group needs regular fixed sessions so that newcomers can be told to definitely come along at a certain day and time to be sure of getting a game.

As much as I would like to become a regular player 7:30 UK time is 1 hour too early for me

It opens at 7:30 but I was still there at 9:30 waiting to see if anyone showed. Its worth popping your head in Steve even at 8:30 our time because we don't always get going earlier.

We have family staying at the moment, so I couldn't make yesterday, although I plan to play tomorrow. This does highlight the fact that even 'regulars' cannot always make games, and the real answer is to increase the size of our pool of players.
We have over 30 who have notified an interest in the game in the past, and I did make one attempt on this forum a few months back to elicit from those who rarely or never show up for on-line games why this was. There was not much response as I recall. I will have another go shortly. I know some were concerned that the early games often froze, but this has not been a problem for a long while.
The other thing I would say is that, if numbers are short, a 2 or 3 player game against the AI is still really good. I would guess that most of my own MP games have been on that basis, and I still find them enjoyable. In some ways they are more relaxing than a larger game.

I love ordering them to charge the guns at the end of a battle. I sit back, munch on a lemon and watch how they fret and delay as they try to come up with a plan that won't wreck their entire command. It's very therapeutic.
