Just got the first draft of the detailed maps printed yesterday and they are looking good. Even managed to get hexes onto them to help the umpires.

Martin et al I will send out directions to those who need it if they can e-mail me directly?

I will also check what Silverstone is doing to the roads as that messes up the routes near Towcester but should be fine for the junctions past there.

The briefings will be going out to the commanders this weekend which are Andy and Phil from the Warwick club who will do all the pre game stuff and allow us to get a prompt start at 2pm.

This link shows the overall situation for the game and the area the game will be played in. Not high detail but the area is just West of Horsham.

The briefings have been sent to the CiC's and they should have plans ready for a prompt start at 2pm on Saturday.

Due to the variable nature of people turning up (or not) I will allocate other roles on the day.

I will prep a map / notes on how to get to house and send out via e-mail to those who are attending.

Please e-mail me this week with details as to who is coming in your car, if I don't get an e-mail I will assume you are not coming.

Due to the possibility of running as similar game in Sept of this one I will hold off an AAR until that stage. (Although I will type one up now while still fresh).

If we do happen to discuss the game perhaps we can keep it to general comments so specific surprises are kept secret...
