Saturday 20th June - Seelowe Game - Start time 2pm - 6pm (ish)

Just posting to see if there is any interest in a game in June?

2-3 players per side and some umpires needed.

It will be based on the planned invasion of England by those dastardly Hun in 1940.

It will be a platoon / company level action using period maps.

More details to follow....

It will be held at Woodford so please post here if you can make the trip to Woodford (between Daventry Junc 16 M1 (approx 15mins) and Banbury M40 Junc 11 (Approx 15mins) and want to play / umpire that day.

I will be looking for a German and British commander to do some pre game setup / discussions / planning via e-mail, so the first to post their wish to take these roles can have them

I will now post on the Warwick Gamers club site and offer same opportunity to my club mates.

Sorry you can't make it Steve, I am sure I will run something along same lines again as once I have worked out a way of doing WW2 games I have quite a few other maps and ideas.

You're thinking of someone else, I think. Vincent's actually quite an experienced k/spieler, and you could give him any role with some confidence. Assuming he comes of course, and I'm still awaiting confirmation from him.
